How Our Support Process Works
We discuss your needs
We spend time listening to you about your situation and the support you are looking for and talk to you about us and the support we can offer. If you like the sound of who we are and what we can offer our Director of Care or Care Manager will then meet with you to discuss your needs and the service in more detail. Its then over to you to decide whether you would like us to help you.
We plan out your support package
Having listened carefully to your needs and interests we the consider who from our experienced staff team would be the best match for you. When then right person is allocated, we work towards a service start date. Of course, in order to get things up and running we need to make sure the paperwork is in place. We would ask you to provide us with some essential information as part of this process and would work with you to develop your support plan.
You meet your key staff
Building relationships is a key focus for us, both for you as a Client and for our staff and we always take time to introduce you to your matched Respite Worker (s) before your support begins.
Constant Monitoring
As well as receiving regular feedback from our staff about the support we also carry out more formal reviews with you after the first month of care and at regular intervals thereafter and encourage input from those closest to you as part of this process. In addition, we also carry out periodic assessments of our staff while they provide support to ensure that the service is being delivered in the way we expect, and more importantly the way you need. You can also contact us at any time. We are here to help!
